Pterion · Assess

Start with an assessment.

A diagnosis: what the problem is, and what can be done about it. A day in the clinic — premises, binders, front desk, software — read the way the inspector, the regulator and a patient would. Findings in writing, ranked, with the regulator and the deadline beside each. No obligation; what you do next is yours.

Why we do this

Being a clinician is hard enough. Running the business around it is not taught in professional school, and the field is corporatizing around the owners who learned it the hard way.

We exist to help clinician-owned clinics stay independent and succeed: to make the operation efficient, to teach what we had to learn ourselves, and to give owners back the part of the work they love. An assessment carries no obligation because a diagnosis should not.

Pricing

Pricing follows the problem.

Every clinic is different and every fix is different, so there are no packages. An hour of advice is an hour. An assessment is a day and a written report. A design or a build is a fixed scope at a fixed price, quoted on its own after we have seen the clinic — never before.
